|
Our Technique
Our Technique of extracting the Sweet corn, ensures that the taste remains fresh,
crunchy, and juicy. To capture its finest qualities, the kernels are frozen with
our high-tech freezing system within hours of being harvested.
Our Crop Harvesting
Once the first silk strands of the crops appear, you can be very sure that it is
the time for harvesting. It will take around 20 days more for the corncobs to grow.
When they reach a certain length; you can keep checking whether the corns are ready
for harvesting or not. Normally, the average duration between the plantation and
the harvesting time is around 85-100 days.
Our Transportation
Our Transportation consists of our very own Reefer Containers that provide the smooth
and seamless transportation of our products for export, allowing them to arrive
at their destination as fresh as the day it was picked. We maintain the temperature
through out the process so that it does not loose it freshness and quality.
Husking of sweet corn
The husking of Sweet Corn is done through hand.In this process we separate the kernels
from the husks and cobs thereof, comprising the steps of: receiving the whole corn
ears; removing husks from the ears; removing kernels from the husked ears to leave
the cobs substantially empty of kernels.All thing is done manually.
Peeling of sweet corn
The peeling of sweet corn is done by hand.Our Team peel the sweet corn with proper
care and mainting the quality of the sweet corn.We take care of the hygiene.
Our Packing
We manage and maintain the whole process, from farming, processing and storage to
distribution of the finished products and therefore not only are we able to ensure
consistency but also maintain a continuous supply all year round.The packing is
done is regular way. Our Packing is done in 1kg, 500gms, 200gms and bulk Packing
